Learning to sort out , categorize and having logic skills is a very important part of being ready for Math .
I love manipulatives and Math Games , and my kids too. Since I seem to never have enough I create some …
This Two games where created for a special occasion : We promised to get her a Puppy for my little girl’s 4 years old birthday. She was asking for one since a long time, and we had asked her to be patient. Now we felt the time was good , and my sister’s dog was going to have babies… While waiting for it we read all the books we could find on dogs and caring for puppies, we played counting games with her dog cuddles. and we talked a LOT about puppies!
That’s How to stay in the topic I created these two games all about dogs .
1 ) : Find the missing Pup
-
Logic and Observation game
It includes 6 boards and little cards , on each board there is a pup missing , child finds which one is not on the board and adds it using the little cards.
- I have another game, similar but easier on the blog, the article is in french but the printable is only pictures so it doesn’t matter :

2) Double entry table Pup Game
- Print and cut the
board and the puppy cards (if possible laminate or cover with clear contact paper for durability)
